Service Description

Join me every Monday morning (starting 7th November 2022 for four weeks) for a one hour programme via Zoom where we will come together as a community to reflect on the week gone by and plan for the week ahead. You can expect a warm, safe space of like-minded people who are committed to getting the very best from the week. The hour will be a mixed blend of reflection, setting intentions, journaling and sharing our experience. I will coach you along the way and ask, challenging but meaningful questions as a way of supporting your growth. *If you are looking to put a focussed structure on how you spend your time- this programme is for you. *If you are someone who wants to reflect on the week gone by, assess what went well and what was a challenge and then to feed this learning forward into the week ahead- this programme is for you. *If you want to commit to upping your self-awareness and personal growth through journaling and reflection, this programme is for you.
