Service Description
Join me every Wednesday evening at 8:00pm for a one hour, coach-led journaling session. Come to a deeper sense of self-awareness and growth by joining me in a weekly journaling session. Each week, you will join a group of like-minded people who want to add journaling practice into their self-care toolkit. Journaling is a powerful exercise that is proven to reduce stress and anxiety, release tension, increase self-awareness and productivity as well as bring about a deep sense of calm and relaxation. All you need is a notebook and a pen to get started on what can be a life-changing practice. Looking forward to journaling with you. *Please note that when booking, all you need to do is book the first session. I will send you a reoccuring Zoom link for all four sessions.
