The Mindful Planner- a planner designed to help you keep on track with the jobs of life, but, more importantly, a planner that will help cultivate and set out a wellbeing action plan for yourself.There is a dedicated space to write down those words of wisdom and affirmation to guide your thoughts and actions. An additonal space has been included to to set out your priorities in the day. Some days, they might be wellbeing related, others more task focused as every day and every person is so differnet. The important thing is that you have a very clear set of priorities in your plan so that you can get to the important stuff- a reminder to drink water or to simply breathe, perhaps! Each page on this 50 page A4 planner can be used daily or weekly, it really depends on the you. This product has been designed in Ireland using 120gsm paper and is reinforced by a sturdy cardboard backing. My hope is that buying this planner will help you to become more focused and clear in your tasks for the day/week ahead, but, more importantly, help you to set time aside in your life for some wellbeing and self care practices.
